Terms and Conditions of Business
All our events must be paid either in advance or at the event
48 Hours notice must be given of cancellation otherwise full payment is due
For exhibitors at any of our showcase or exhibition events:-
- The cost must be paid in full two weeks before the event
- If full payment is not received, the stand may be sold to another exhibitor
- Any cancellation made by the exhibitor less than 6 weeks before the event will be their responsibility and full payment will be required
All event management invoices must be paid as per terms and conditions on an SLA agreed. Otherwise all invoices will be paid 30 days from date of invoice.
In the event on non-payment an additional charge of £40 (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998) will be made. Events for Business also reserve the right to charge interest at 5% above base rate per day on outstanding debts. Events for Business also reserve the right to charge all costs associated with debt recovery.
Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that delegates at our events are of a suitable business nature, we do not accept any responsibility for any transactions conducted between delegates, nor do we accept any repsonsbility for the behaviour of any delegate.
