The Boardroom requires commitment to fellow Board members and that commitment
will take the form of joining for a period of 10 months.
A confidentiality agreement will need to be signed. Breach of confidentiality will mean dismissal from The Board. Once The Board is formed no new members will be admitted. Ideally there will be no more than 10 members.
Where possible, Members of the Board will not be from the same profession. Board Members will be expected to attend at least 9 meetings per annum. Substitutions outwith the company are not permitted.
To maintain integrity and confidentiality, there will not be a visitor option.
Cost is £600 + VAT per annum paid by 10 monthly Standing Orders and joining will mean a commitment to 9 meetings minimum Monthly costs includes all refreshments.
